Swapnil Parikh
Swapnil has been married to her high-school sweetheart, Rikin, and they are raising their two young sons and a fur baby. Outside of work, Swapnil enjoys reading, traveling, swimming, yoga, home decor, fashion designing, and spending time with her family.
Dr. John Paulson
Dr. Paulson, received his MD from University of Virginia in 1971, and comes with over 50 years of experience in this industry and has been with Elite Health Care center since 2016. He also has a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Ethics. Dr. Paulson enjoys seeing his patients heal properly and getting back to enjoying life as they should. His expertise is to work with older population and understanding their needs and problems that comes with age. You can find him reading or enjoying time with his family when he is not working.
Violet Kamendi
Violet has a master’s degree in Nursing and is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Maryland and Washington D.C. She has a vast experience in practicing Physical medicine as well as in family Practice. Violet is our in house expert when it comes to Hormone Therapy and Gel injections. She is passionate about her patient care and works with all ages to help them heal better and faster.
Dr. Avram Weinberg
Having graduated with a doctorate degree in Chiropractic from Logan University in 1983, Dr. Weinberg has over 40 years of experience in this field. His expertise is in holistic non-surgical approach to treat patients at Elite Health Care Center. Helping patients and making sure they lead a quality and healthy lifestyle is what drives him and makes him want to work everyday. He loves traveling and spending time with family and friends. You will find him road biking or kayaking on the weekends.
Bianca Bell
Bianca has been an integral part of the Elite Healthcare family since 2014 and wears many hats. She specializes in building patient relationship and is a registered chiropractic and medical assistant. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and in near future, she plans to become a registered nurse and continue to expand her professional horizon here at Elite Healthcare Center.
John Garlington
John started as a patient at Elite Health Care Center when he hurt his back. He was so impressed with Dr. Weinberg and his treatments that he applied for a position and got trained and certified as a Chiropractic Assistant. He has been with the center since 2010. In his free time, he likes being outdoors hiking and playing video games with his kids.
Peter Kutson
Peter is our medical assistant and helps our NP with patient intake and treatment. He enjoys working one on one with patients and building relationships with them. His favorite part of the job is seeing patients improve over time and get back to the activities they enjoy doing. He earned his master’s degree in biomedical science from Rutgers University and plans on becoming a physician. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and watching movies.
Yamilex Diaz
Yamilex is the front desk manager at Elite Health Care Center who has over 10 years of customer service experience. She is known for her compassion and genuine dedication to helping others. She approaches every interaction with warmth and professionalism. As a proud mother to a beautiful daughter, family values are very important to her. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, listening to music and spending quality time with her loved ones.
Bamba Jallow
Bamba is our practice manager at Elite Healthcare. He has over a decade of experience in Medical, finance and Healthcare management in the DMV area. He has a MD/MBA with healthcare concentration. Out of work, Bamba is a huge book geek and enjoys reading anything from classics to science fiction, scuba diving, walking, gardening, and spending time with family.
Eden Negussie
Eden is a Patient Liaison here at Elite Health Care Center. With experience in executive assistance and clinic work, Eden loves to make sure all patients are taken care of in the upmost manner. Eden enjoys working out, shopping, and relaxing with friends and family.
Cedya Kastard
Cedya is a patient liaison at Elite Health Care Center. She helps patients navigate through the intake and exit procedures while ensuring they have a great experience. She also has a background of CNA and LPN experience. Health and nutrition play a big role in her life. She has the cutest son and enjoys relaxing at home with her family in her free time.
